When to send save the dates? Photo cards? I am planning a wedding for April 16, 2011. We are planning on getting married on a beach that's about 7 hours from where we live. I am just curious as to when I should send out the dates. I want to give our family and friends enough time to save money to come, if they are willing. Would within the next month be too soon? Also, what do you think of doing photo cards for save the dates? We would do a photo of the two of us and then the save the date information. I plan on putting magnets on the back so that they can put them on their fridge if they'd like. ;) Thanks!

does this sound creative for save the date cards?? For my save the dates i'm gonna take an engagment photo and play with it on photoshop. I'm gonna turn it into a black/white with color photo and print it on my home computer using photo paper. all the information will be off the the side but still on the card. then im gonna go to staples or somewhere and buy self adhisive magnets and attatch the photos to the magnets.... does this sound easy and creative or should i think of something else. we are having some friends take our engagment photos and shes gonna put them on cd so it should be easy to pput on the computer....

A setting has changed either on my camera or my computer. It used to separate it by date when I loaded it on? to the computer. Now, no matter how many different days of events I have on the memory card it saves it all into one date...today's date. Please help me be able to change whatever it is I need to change to make it save it from the date the photos were actually taken. The camera is a sony cybershot if that helps. Thanks

Can I sue a photographer who failed to deliver photos on time for our engagement party for punitive damages? We hired her a month before the wedding. One hour shoot, 20 photographs retouched, and all the source images, 150 dollars. She does amazing work, so we paid her up front. We sent her an e-mail two weeks before to remind her of her deadline. One week before, she said the CD was in the mail. 6 days before, we requested that she send her two favorite finished photos, so we can get it printed for our engagement party and the save the date cards (That's the only reason we needed the pictures, and she knew from previous convos and e-mails). She said she would send them. Then, nothing. 5 days, we spoke to her again, she said she would send them THAT night. 4 days, still no photos, and nothing in the mail. We kept asking her to send the photos, she was always on Facebook. Finally, the night before the engagement party, my fiancee told her straight out, "We need the photos, right now. We have our party in the morning. Please, send whatever you can, but we need it this minute." She logged off. We had our engagement party with no save the date magnets I was going to get done (Now have to send postcards), and had no engagement photo to give to our friends and family (our gift to the guests). There's not a question in my mind she owes us our money back (Even gave her a chance to return 50 dollars and the CD, and she failed to do so), and even ADMITS she messed up, and promised us the pictures within 5 days (failed on that too). I told her she had until today to get us the pictures, or I would take her to court. So, I guess I'm going to small claims. Now my main question is, what could I sue for? I know a return on my money, but I also feel she can't just do this to people, and ruin once-in-a-lifetime moments like this, with nothing more than an half-smirked apology. Can I sue her for punitive damages, the cost of now having to send postcards (I was going to get the magnets for free), and the time and energy I spent in order to get these photos made? I appreciate any help with this, as I've never had to sue anyone before, and don't want to look foolish. Thanks guys and gals! Wow, talk about some mean answers. To better clairify, no, it wasn't 50 dollars for the photographer. She was offering a package deal, 150 for the engagement photos, and 600 for the wedding photos. She's not cheap (although not the most expensive for sure), and she has over 5 years experience, and was very professional and curtious when I paid her for the services up front. And who hasn't heard of an engagement party?... Seriously? Or are you just trying to be a troll? Why don't YOU get a life? I PAID 150 bucks, I asked her to return all my money, or the CD and 50 bucks (So she had a choice of finishing the job, but returning a third of what I paid her, or a full refund). Why is everyone knocking the pricing? It's funny, as I'm a freelance photograher too, and give out inexpensive engagment photo packages in order to achieve more wedding business... It's not that unheard of. And any photographer who says he spends more than 10 minutes on a photo is full of him(her)self, and needs to work less on photos and more in bullshit competitions. Also, Punitive Damages aren't supposed to 'award' me anything. They're supposed to punish the person who did the crime. A return of my money doesn't hurt her in any way, otherwise she might as well look at it as a loan. There's no lesson for her. Courts fine punitive damages in order to discourage someone from doing what they did again in the futuer. It's less for the victim, and more for the person who did the wrongdoing. And for anyone else who says "Why didn't you call", we did. We called, left messages, sent e-mails, and came close to tying messages to pigeon legs. The only way we could reach her and when we would catch her on facebook (and that was more my fiancee, not me).

where can i find envelopes that are 4 in x 5 in (or similar?)? Colors optional? I would like to plan a black & white (I guess you could call it) theme wedding. Subtle color will be somewhere (i.e. center pieces, etc.) but I would like the guests to be involved. I love black & white photography & thought why choose a color at all (since my sister picked red - which was what I wanted)? I would like my guests wear blacks, greys, creams and whites - thus the only colors in the photos are their faces (emphasizing what's most important to us - friends and family). One person suggested that she would be offended if asked to do so but I can't see any of our guests being so. I'm artsy (as is my family) & most of them will play along. I don't mind that there will be people wearing white & some relative won't get it & wear purple... But I'm looking for a clever way of suggesting it (i.e. black tie optional...colors optional?) on the invitations & save the date cards. Can DPOF settings on your digital camera memory card be transferred to your Computer? If I set the DPOF setting to imprint the date onto my photo in my SD memory card and then transfer the photos to my computer, will my computer save the DPOF settings? So if say, months later I decide to print the photo or send it to a DPOF photo processing place and copy the photo onto a CD or Flash Drive, will the copy of the photo (in the CD or Flash) still retain the DPOF setting to print the date? Also, does anybody know of an online store or brick and mortar store that utilizes DPOF? Thanks

can i use adobe premiere elements to edit a dvd of my ultrasound? I had an ultrasound done to determine the gender of my baby to be, and have it as a video on dvd. I'd like to somehow put that file on the computer, open it in premiere elements 3.0, edit it to crop out the date, then save it onto a smart media card to send to parents/inlaws to view on their digital frames. (supposedly, their frames do show videos). is this possible? easy? will a newbie be able to figure it out? any tips? (i don't want to spend hours trying, only to then find out that its not possible anyway) thanks for any help you can give me. btw, i am fairly comfortable with editing still digital photos, but haven't worked with videos before, so i'm newbie, but hopefully not too green ... ps - if i can do this, will i need to change the file name to make it more likely to be able to be played on a computer or digital photo frame? Opinion: Do you think that keeping memorabilia from past serious relationships is healthy? What is your opinion? Is it healthy for your current serious relationship if you hang on to old items such as cards, gifts, photos, emails, etc from a past serious relationship? What are some exceptions if any? My bf of 3 years has emails saved from an ex. Also many of the songs he's written are about her. I know he talked to her for about an hour on the phone last week. It bothers me because I don't keep any old things like that around. Why would I want to be reminded? Should I be worried that he still has feelings for her? Am I overreacting? How do I recover damaged photos? I tried to share some photos from my Fuji xD card with a friend a few days back, but when I inserted the card in his computer's card reader, it only asked if I wanted to format the card. I entered no, and ejected the card, but when I re-inserted it in my camera all I got was "card error!" I have since been able to pull most of the pics off on my computer's card reader, but about 50 (all at the end) cannot be opened or previewed in any program I've tried. They appear to be the same size they would normally be, are listed as jpegs, and show date taken (via properties), but that's as far as I can get. If anyone knows how I can save these images of a family visit, it would would be greatly appreciated!

Should this guy I am dating have done something nice for Valentines day beside send a text message? I have been dating a guy for over 2 months. we see each other 2-3 times a week (has been more a couple of weeks) and communicate nearly daily. He has me be a guest dj at his club in miami beach (we're both club djs for over 10 years now) and brags on my talents all the time. He introduced me to all his friends, and shows off my modeling photos he saved from my facebook to his computer. We both agreed we aren't looking for anything serious, however a lot of the times he acts like i'm his girlfriend to his friend (or maybe a trophy?) so i take it that we are officially "dating" even if not seriously. Lately thought he's acting like he's taking me for granted. He brushes me off when i'm upset, has even turned his back on me to talk to people at a lounge we go to. He will say he's gonna get me a pedicure so stay the night, then cancels it the next day, goes 3 days later to get one himself and show it off to me and then tells me that he has no time to take me for one (wtf kind of game is that shit right). he seems to like to dangle shit before me like he thinks it will string me along. promises of all kinds of gifts, plays, dinners, and most dont come through though. He called me last week to ask if i could take him to the airport because he wanted to fly up to see his kids for valentines day. I said sure. Then later he tells me how he's going to take out his ex-wife and kids for dinner for val-day. Later that week he says hes going to take me out on a date friday before he leaves. He calls me then friday FROM DINNER!!! he's already eating! to tell me that hes not sure if we can go out cuz it's raining tonight, but if it lets up he'll take me out. Long story short, he txts me at 10:30 to say he doesn't want to go out. I didn't reply. He called me the next morning to ask if i was going to still take him to the airport. I said fine, in an obviously annoyed tone. He then back tracked and said if it's easier then he'll take a cab. I told him that is the better idea. He said he'd see me when he got back. Valentines day he texts me "happy valentines day hottness" about 6:30pm. I say he's a total liar asshole who's prolly still married. I get so sick of texts, they are usually cop outs and the most easly thing to do that it shows no actual concern for the receiver. The audacity to send only a text message and not even try to take me to dinner or even give me a card pretty much spells out he has little care for me. What do you think? i leased out 3 houses for a lady and she hasnt paid me. didnt sign a contract.how can i sue her? leased out 3 houses. she owes me 10,450 and has only paid me $2000. i have a bunch of conversations via text message saved with her and many from her daughter pretty much explaining my payment and everything so thats documented. I also have facebook messages between her daughter and i where i specified dates and amounts. The problem is that i didnt sign a contract. 2 of the 3 clients that rented know who i am cuz i showed them the house so they could be witnesses. She also made me business cards with my name and photo on them and HER company information on it. Is this enough to take her to small claims court? What's the best format to share photos via a web site? I'm going to be scanning, restoring, and sharing all our old family photos (going back to about 1920). I personally like to use a TIFF format, as that has the most clarity, and does not re-compress every time you save it. But I'm not sure what would be best for the particular project. Should I go with TIFF, and if so, at what resolution? I don't think anyone is going to be making posters of these things. I just want something sufficient to make decent 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 prints. But I also want the photos to be appropriate for viewing on a computer or TV screen. I like JPEG because it is universal, and I figure everyone can take a memory card or CD containing JPEG files to their local photo developer and get them printed. But again, what resolution? Also, with JPEG I've been able to save a description with the image, but I'm not entirely sure how everyone will access that info. I like that though, because I want to be able to include names and dates in the actual image file. Thanks!!

What is Your Post Production Workflow? How do you process your images after you take them in your digital camera. I understand there may be specific requirement for few but what general steps you follow for most photos? What I typically do is: 1. take both JPGs and RAWs from the card into a folder in my external HDD with the date and location of shoot. 2. Delete the really bad photos that I will never use. 3. Select the good ones and import them to Elements 7 4. Adjust Levels, Brightness/contrast, Saturation 5. Crop to typical 5X7 size 6. Save them in a folder at the laptop for immediate use. 7. Transfer few which needs touch-up to PS CS4 or Lightroom 2.5 8. Folder with all good edited photos are duplicated in HDD again. 9. Make another folder with resized low res version, for upload into flickr or other sharing portals What about you? – how do you approach post production of your images? What tools do you use? and what order do you follow? Do you think thats the best approach?

Downloading videos from my mobile to my comp??????? I have a Sony Erricson K810i (if that matters) when i put the lead from phone 2 computer it only down loads my photos, I have tried saving my videos to phone and to simm card, but computer says I can not connect to D drive or something??? this is abt immigration? i met my cousins friend in 2006 when i came in the usa on student visa. eventually we started dating each other. we got married in oct 2007 after dating one year. i didnt apply for i-485 because we didnt have $1700 for immigration fees. so i kept on going to school on my student status. we could not file the taxes jointly in 2008 because i didnt have my birthcertificate. it was going to take months for me to get my certificate. we needed the money from tax refunds. so she filed it separately & got the money right away. mean while since we cant afford the school i had to stop my school.i count go the school for spring 2009. we waited to save the money for my i-485. finally we applied to the immigration on sep 22 08. same year i didnt have my tax id number. when i asked my accountant he said it will take atleast 2 months to get a tax id. again we needded the tax refunds quickly, cause she is the only one working in the house. she had to filed it separatly. my case is still pending till the date. my question is would that be a problem for us when we for an interview that we didnt filr taxes togther? would my school be a problem cause i stopped going 2 school?we applied late for my i 485would that be problem? my wife is 15 years older than me. would that be problem? i have a joint bank account, utility bills coming on both of us names, photos of two of us together. dont have a credit card yet. bank statements coming on both of us names. can anybody answer my questions?

Help with my girlfriend's birthday? (poor college student!)? So my girlfriend and I have been dating for a year and a half..I met her when I studied abroad in Japan..and we will be getting married next may, but the problem is I think I went a little too overboard to quick on the gifts and sucked my creative juices dry. Exes in a serious relationship? Last night I came home and I noticed my boyfriend had added his ex on facebook. It kind of bothered me because of their history so I tried to talk to him about it. I told him I was uncomfortable with him being in contact with her as they had a very serious relationship and he tries to hide stuff to do with her from me. When we started dating he still had this box of stuff to do with her that I found (after we'd been dating for almost a year). It had letters from her, score cards from mini golf, photos, a ring set he'd gotten them (he got us the same one without telling me it was something he'd done before) and other little momentoes. In the same area he also had a lot of writting about her, two drawers full. I told him this made me uncomfortable that he kept this and asked that he get rid of it since we lived together. He did but was not happy about it, he said he wanted to keep the writting because he was proud of it "as a writter'... He never writes now.. at all! He used to talk to her on MSN as well and would minimize it when I came in, but I saw a few times where he was calling her babe. Is loving someone enough? Right ill start at the beginning, I split up with my boyfriend of 5 years about 9 months. 6 months ago i met a guy off plenty of fish, it wasn't meant to be anything serious. we lived about 40 miles away from each other. things got serious quite quickly, we both fell for each other. the distance became a problem about 2 months in, i left my good paid job and moved in. before i moved in we had both been very honest with each other he had split from his girlfriend of 2 and half years about 3 months prior to meeting me,which ending badly, he then had some single time but he said he wanted a proper relationship, someone to be there for him and his children he had from his previous marriage. when i moved in to be honest it bothered me slightly that she had lived here before, it felt weird having my clothes etc where hers had been. i eventually got over that. things were great until he began lying, he one night said to me he had to go help friend clear a house etc, i had full trust at this point and never thought anything of it. he was gone for 8 hours and he texted me and said they were playing poker etc. the next morning he was very off acting depressed etc, i sat down next to him and he got a text saying 'ok baby xx'. where he actually been the night before was with the ex girlfriend. he said nothing had happened but he was gone along time, he said they needed closure. he then said he was unsure of his feelings towards me and her. he didnt know whether they were finished or not. we then worked things out. weeks later she came to our door at 5am drunk saying she wanted him back. he quickly took her home which is over 20 miles home,she called me every name under the sun, he did not defend me. a month ago i felt he was keeping something from me the same feeling i had prior, i couldnt find anything and asked him about it, he swore on his childrens life he wasnt doing anything, i later found he had been on flirt sites at work etc. he had been speaking to over 60 women and getting them send explicit photos and vidoes of themselves, since that our sex life has gone down hill. we used to have a very good active sex life, he says he goes through these stages and that he is stressed. he said it would never happen again and that it was nothing more than just attention, as he felt he was past it. i forgave him and said this was our last chance at making things work. a week or so later i set him up and got a friend to send him a message asking if he wanted to meet for sex he instantly replied yes where and when. i confronted him he said he knew it was me and that he was just humouring me then snapped him sim card up and got a new phone, since then he has looked on facebook at his ex's profile and has deleted his call log. i heard his phone go and i later said to him who text ya he denied he had a text, it has come out today that he did text. he said he text a friend about going out into town, he didnt want to tell me as he had said we need to save money and not go out so much.theres loads more little bits he went away for a night he said he was with mates, but put in his sat nav a different hotel.arranges a date night with me then goes out with lads goes to tescos for milk and is gone and an hr and half says i stopped in the cafe etc i havent been innocent in all this i have spoken to my ex on the phone a couple of times, not because i want to get back with but because we left things quite badly, he also knows i have moved on and he has too. i feel like through all this i turned into a detective, im constantly on edge, lost about a stone and half in weight.im not a nice person to be about, im always accusing him.am i looking for stuff? am have we lost what we had, can we get back on track? when we are together we have a really good fun relationship. ive never been so hurt by someone, nor have i given up so much for someone. all i want to know is peoples opinions, peoples personal experiences, can you ever get your full trust back? are we just hurting eachother? am i over paranoid? any advice is welcome?am i doing more damage to this by looking for things? thanks louise

Gay Relationship, help i still love him.? I have been in an intimate and loving relationship with a guy i love for the past 10 months. We had our ups and downs, terrible ones. I know he told me that he was in a gay relationship before but broke up 5 months before we became together. But he told me he hated his ex, seriously, and then he told me he was in another relationship a few months afterwards with a girl, then broke up 2 months before we were together. 24 Season 7 Idea? 24 Season 7 Idea Jack has attempted to start a new life by dating a woman named Freesia Collins. He has also moved to Quebec, Canada. As a twist, Jack discovers Freesia works for CTU Minneapolis in Minnesota and that she lied about her job as a teacher. He learns this when he checks the messages from the house they live in. Jack is upset about her lies, but she says that CTU Los Angeles has come upon some intel that suggests that terrorists are attempting to pull off something like 9/11. They are going to hijack a plane from Quebec into New York in about two hours, and they will attack the newly built Farrell Building there. Jack doesn’t care. He wonders when Freesia was going to tell him this, she says she wasn’t, she was just going to break up with him that day and leave the house. Jack is astonished, then he realizes she asked to move to Quebec last month just because of this intel, and he also realizes she was going to be the agent to go on the plane and attempt to stop this. She then receives a call from Bill Buchanan and he asks if she is ready to go on the plane. Out of impulse Jack grabs the phone and demands that he goes on the plane so that Freesia doesn’t die. Bill is stunned to learn that Freesia had been dating Jack, but he says he will let Jack go. Freesia asks Jack not to go for her, but he says he is going because he doesn’t want her to possibly die. He also says he cannot stand another painful relationship with lies involved and so he breaks up with her. Over time Jack gets on the plane with a gun that he buys. He gets on with the gun because he explains the situation and that his mission is to be covert. After the plane takes off and Jack manages to establish contact with CTU Los Angeles and CTU Minneapolis things switch back over to Freesia. It is revealed when she gets a phone call from a terrorist that she was supposed to get on the plane and initiate the attack. She turns out to be a Canadian separatist and a terrorist. While Jack is on the plane Chloe, who is still pregnant, begins searching names on the ticket list of the plane and then she will cross-reference their names with their known terrorist archive. As the search for the terrorist continues Freesia, who is really named Jeanette Bordeaux, meets with three men who have stolen a U.S. Military plane that is very, very fast. Apparently it could get to New York before the plane does. Their Plan B is that once she gets there she will use a device to cause the attack. It is later revealed once she gets to New York that the U.S. will be forced to shoot down the plane because that will be the only way to stop the possible hijacking, and her device will override the missiles they will shoot and cause them to hit the Farrell Building, and this will be better because it will look like the U.S. attempting a false flag attack on themselves. In the middle of Chloe’s search she realizes her water has broken and Morris has to rush her off to the hospital. Bill doesn’t know how to run the search and so he has to quickly get two replacements from Division. After the replacements come the search continues and the replacements learn that no one on board has any terrorist history. Jack suddenly realizes that Freesia was going to be on the plane, and he asks them to search her name. They begin to, but then Wayne Palmer, who is still the president and has managed to recover, orders them to shoot the plane down. To make a long story short things go according to Jeanette’s Plan B, and she overrides the missiles and the Farrell Building is blown up. Jack realizes that he was set up to distract the U.S. while Freesia set up the missile override. He has his theory confirmed when the replacements reveal that Freesia was an alias and that her real name is Jeanette Bordeaux. Back in New York, as the citizens panic with what looks like another 9/11, Jeanette manages to escape. She enters a gas station and she asks a man there if his car is the Corvette outside that was just filled outside. He says it is and she says she is turned on by Corvettes. She then lures this man into the bathroom and says she will have sex with him, when he gets in the bathroom she drowns him in the toilet. Then she leaves with his credit card. She manages to get the gas pump next to the Corvette going with the card and she pulls out a lighter and causes an explosion with the pump. This kills herself and it blows up the entire gas station. Jack manages to be grounded and he begins showing cops Jeanette’s photo from his wallet at the airport. He learns from one cop that amidst all of the panic at the moment someone in his unit managed to spot this woman. He gets a report back from this cop who says the gas station she just went into just blew up. Jack knows this was no accident. Simultaneously the people in Washington D.C. see the attack on the Farrell Building as a false flag since the news reported that the missiles came from American fighter jets. They begin a riot outside of the White House. Wayne and his staff escape in a helicopter that is being sent immediately to New York to get a hold of the situation. The rioters manage to get inside the White House and they start a fire. Jack calls CTU Los Angeles and tells them that Jeanette caused an explosion at a gas station and thus committed suicide. The replacements, Gerald Perish and Erica Amos, reveal to Jack that Jeanette works for a group of Canadian separatists. The leader is named Pierre Fache. Jack wants background information on Fache. Back in Quebec, Fache is aptly watching events occur on the television. He receives a call and is told to start some shooting at the White House. Fache then calls a SWAT person who is at the riot at the White House and he tells him to start a shooting. This SWAT person then starts shooting as many rioters as he can. This triggers more shootings and more deaths. In the midst of all of this a fire truck team manages to put out the fire on the White House. Some SWAT agents move in on the house and receive orders from the agent who Fache called to shoot all of the rioters who are on the inside. They begin shooting everyone. As the riot gets hotter one rioter sees Wayne’s helicopter and grabs a SWAT agent’s gun and shoots up at it. The pilot of the helicopter says the engine has been shot from the ground. Slowly the helicopter begins to go down. Jack is aptly watching the news at the airport and hears of the breaking news that Wayne’s copter is going down. He quickly calls Wayne’s cell phone and he directs Wayne in how to safely land the helicopter. He then tells Wayne that he will need to keep running from the White House because the rioters will try to kill him still. The SWAT agent calls Fache and tells him that Wayne managed to land the helicopter, Fache is outraged and demands that he goes and kills Wayne so that it looks lie not even SWAT thinks the attack on the Farrell Building was an accident. Jack demands that he get a helicopter so he can get to Washington D.C. and attempt to stop the fighting. Meanwhile, an agent from CTU Minneapolis, who is named Phil Anders, is sent by Bill Buchanan to go into Quebec and see if he can locate and capture Fache. Jack is in the helicopter he requested and is heading to D.C. Quickly, Fache receives another call; it is revealed that the person on the other line is ex-Vice President Noah Daniels. Daniels says that he did not fund this attack to be failed; he demands that Wayne be found and killed. When Daniels hangs up it is seen that out of the window of his house a sniper is watching from some bushes. Daniels gets on a radio and says into it, “There! Fache is handling the assassination of Wayne Palmer! Happy?” And the sniper answers back, “It is good to know that threatening your life has made all of this happen!” Meanwhile, Wayne enters a restaurant with the pilot of the helicopter. Here he demands to speak to the manager. The manager asks what could possibly concern the president. Wayne tells him there are rioters outside of the White House and he wishes to hide out here, disguised as a waiter, so that the rioters can’t find him. The manager gives him a waiter’s uniform and comments on how the safety of this country is a fantasy. Soon, the SWAT team agent comes into the restaurant and shoots up the ceiling. He says he saw the president walk in and demands to know where he is. He says he must either kill the president or kill everyone in the restaurant. Wayne jumps out along with the pilot and they attack the agent. Wayne manages to stab the man’s hand with a fork and this causes him to drop his gun. Wayne then begins to interrogate the agent. Panic has of course broken out at the restaurant. The agent will not say whom he is working for, and Wayne says he knows who can help them get information out of him. When the pilot guesses Wayne means Jack, Wayne says no. Wayne says he is going to go to Noah Daniels’s house and see what Noah can do. They get the SWAT agent’s keys and get into his car. Meanwhile, Phil Anders lands his helicopter in Quebec near a cabin. Phil goes into the cabin with his gun drawn and a suitcase in his hand. After a little search of the cabin Phil finds Fache. Fache asks if Phil brought the package. Phil opens the suitcase and it is revealed that this is one of the suitcase nukes Fayed had threatened to use. “Fayed failed at using this. It is time to finish the job!” says Fache. Phil says that some CTU agents may have followed him here since he took the nuke and they probably noticed. Fache tells him to shoot any agents who come while he gets in another plane like the one Jeanette used to fly over Chicago and then blow up the city. When Phil asks what he should do if there are too many agents Fache says, “A bullet to the head will fix that problem.” He then leaves the cabin. Wayne gets to Noah’s house in the car. On the radio, the sniper asks who has pulled up. Noah says he doesn’t know. When the sniper sees that it is Wayne he says he will shoot Wayne. Quickly Noah runs out into his driveway and runs in front of Wayne and takes the bullet. Wayne sees what’s going on and he gets down. Wayne begins firing at the sniper with the gun he got from the SWAT agent. As Noah is dying he says that the sniper threatened to kill him if he did not cause Wayne’s death. Wayne manages to shoot the sniper, but not fatally. As he goes over to the sniper Jack sees Wayne on his PDA in the helicopter via satellite and he begins to land. When Jack touches down Wayne tells Jack about everything that has happened. Jack demands to interrogate both the sniper and the SWAT agent. Jack calls Bill and tells him about the sniper and everything. Bill tells him to interrogate the captured men. Bill then receives a call from CTU Minneapolis. They tell him Phil Anders stole the suitcase nuke they had possessed from CTU Los Angeles and they believe he gave it to Fache. Bill says this is great Déjà Vu. After he hangs up he suddenly begins to twitch and to fall over. The other CTU agents see this and they call in the medical team. Meanwhile, Jack is interrogating the sniper. The sniper says he wants immunity before he says anything. Wayne grants it because he doesn’t know what else to do. The sniper says an Asian man that he only met once hired him and he doesn’t know his name. Jack asks if the sniper ever had any pictures of the man that he could send to CTU to locate the man who hired him. The sniper says he has photos at his house. Jack says he wants to be brought to the sniper’s house, but first he wants information from the SWAT agent. Jack then gets a call from CTU. They inform Jack that Bill just had a heart attack and that he’s just gone to the hospital. Jack asks if anyone knew of Bill’s heart condition. No one knew about it, and they suspect it was stress-related. Jack is in a state of shock. They also Jack who he thinks is qualified to run CTU. Jack says Mike Doyle is. This is the end of the call. Jack then demands that the SWAT agent tells him whom he is working for. After Jack threatens to use a chainsaw he finds in Noah’s garage to saw off one of the SWAT agent’s arms he reveals he received phone calls from Fache that were orders. He was hired by Fache to start shootings at the White House and then to assassinate Wayne. When Jack asks what caused Fache to attack the U.S., the SWAT agent says Fache is a terrorist extremist who was funded by Noah to cause these attacks. The sniper says that Noah funded Fache because he had started watching his house and threatened to kill him. Jack realizes that everything revolves around him finding the man who hired the sniper and then arresting him. Meanwhile, Mike Doyle is instated as CTU Los Angeles’s Director. He then receives a call from CTU Minneapolis. The CTU Minneapolis Director, Carl Francis, tells him that Phil Anders was captured up in Quebec. They were told that Fache escaped with the suitcase nuke. Mike was not aware of any of this, and says he wants a recap. He tells Carl that he is the new director since Bill had a heart attack. Carl informs Mike about everything. Then as Jack as driving to the sniper’s house Mike calls him and informs him of the suitcase nuke. Jack also comments on the Déjà Vu. Jack tells Mike to locate the plane Fache escaped in and to shoot it down. Mike says this wouldn’t be the best idea since this could trigger the nuke to go off. Jack says he’ll come up with something and call back. Jack pulls up to the sniper’s house. Jack tells Wayne to wait in the car, since he has gone with him. Jack and the sniper enter the house. Suddenly Jack sees a bomb. In his haste he jumps out of the window as the bomb goes off. Wayne is shocked to see this, but before he can react two vans come by and armed men jump out. They shoot both the pilot and the SWAT agent, but they grab Wayne and kidnap him. Jack wakes up a little too late. At the hospital Bill is seen awake. A doctor comes in and tells him he had a near fatal heart attack. He will for now need to stay away from CTU because the stress-level could cause him to have a second attack that could kill him. The doctor recommends rest and so Bill is left to sleep. Jack comes to and sees that the house was indeed blown up. He then finds an ashen photograph in the debris. He sees that this photo is of Cheng Zhi. Jack realizes Cheng hired the sniper and thus was behind everything that happened today. “Son of a bitch!” Jack says. Jack calls Mike and has him confirm that Cheng is indeed in holding in Africa. Mike says that after looking at the archive it looks like Cheng’s file was destroyed. Jack tells Mike about what he found. Things switch over to Africa where Cheng is seen waling calmly through a village there. He pulls out a satellite phone and calls someone. It’s Fache. Cheng tells Fache to bring the nuke to him as promised so that he can retrieve the circuit board and thus aid China against Russia lie he had planned before. Fache says he doesn’t care about what Cheng wants; he just wants to blow up Chicago as he had planned. Cheng demands that Fache does as he’s ordered to do. Fache asks Cheng how he can stop him when he’s in Africa. Fache then hangs up. Cheng calls some mercenaries and tells them that Fache is no longer working for him. He tells them to stop Fache’s plane and to obtain the nuke. They can blow up any city they want with it, but they must get the circuit board back to China where it can be analyzed and thus it can be decrypted for Chinese Military use. The mercenaries are already in a plane. They are right next to Fache’s plane. Fache sees how Cheng could stop him from Africa. Quickly Fache shoots the mercenaries’ plane down and it crashes. At CTU Los Angeles Mike hears about Fache’s plane crashing in Chicago from Carl. Mike tells Carl to send a TAC team from CTU Chicago to the crash site along with a HAZMAT team. Carl goes ahead and does that. Fache climbs out of the plane alive with the nuke in hand. He immediately opens it. Out of nowhere comes the CTU Chicago TAC Team. They ask that he step away from the device. He refuses and is about to detonate the bomb when suddenly the mercenaries show up and kill Fache. A gunfight ensues and the TAC Team is taken out. As the HAZMAT team arrives the mercenaries escape with the nuke. The HAZMAT Team calls Carl and tells him about the mercenaries and their escape with the weapon. Carl hangs up and then receives another call. It is from Cheng. Cheng says that he is upset with Carl because he organized Cheng’s escape, but failed to coordinate his trip back to the United States. Carl apologizes and hangs up. Carl then calls Jack. Carl reveals to Jack that he coordinated Cheng’s escape, but now he wants to help Jack stop the terrorists by sending Cheng to Washington D.C. where Jack can question him and get some more information. Jack is grateful for this opportunity and asks Carl if he knows where the mercenaries are bringing the nuke. Carl says he will call Cheng and find out, but first he must reveal himself to his co-workers and explain the situation. Cheng then calls the men in the vans that have kidnapped Wayne. He tells them to allow him to talk to Wayne. When Wayne finds out Cheng is behind everything he is shocked. Cheng says his men have control of one of the nukes Fayed had used before and that Wayne must let Cheng get away with the circuit board or he will order the men to kill him. Wayne refuses and as a shocking twist Wayne is killed then and there. Jack is driving and he sees the vans that took away Wayne. Quickly, Jack shoots the vans’ tires and a gunfight ensues. Long story short, Jack kills all of the men and finds Wayne’s corpse. Jack yells out “Why did this have to happen? Why does everybody I care about die?” In surrender, Jack points his own gun at his head; he is about to commit suicide when the phone rings again. Jack throws away the gun and answers it. It’s Cheng and he asks if Wayne is dead. Jack reveals himself and tells him he knows about him being the mastermind of today’s attack. Cheng quickly hangs up. To make this story short Cheng calls Carl back and lets him know that the attack will take place in Washington D.C., then he calls the mercenaries who have the nuke and he tells them the nuke must go off in order to distract America so that Cheng can have the package delivered. When he hangs up a supersonic plane lands nearby. Inside the pilot, who is attached to Carl Francis back in Minneapolis, brings Cheng. Cheng grabs a gun and shoots him. Then he flies the plane by himself. Things twist some more, more plot would need to be written, but eventually the mercenaries arrive in Washington D.C., they manage to get in the White House. As a twist, they need the bomb activated properly by an engineer, who turns out to be Charles Logan, who has changed his name and grown a lot of hair to change his appearance. Jack finds out that after Logan was brought to the hospital in the last season he was saved by the doctors, and he managed to escape. He’s been living under the name Mitchell Flanders. The TAC team from Secret Service who will help him deal with the bomb meets Jack, but Jack soon gets a call from Cheng. Cheng tells him that “things are not as they seem” and that “soon there will be more deaths across the globe.” Cheng also tells Jack that his mercenaries have managed to compromise CTU Minneapolis and that Carl Francis is dead. While Cheng is on the phone Jack manages to trace Cheng’s phone, and it appears Cheng is not anywhere near Washington D.C., but he is actually in New York. Jack has Mike send a plane to bring him to New York. While the Secret Service TAC team surrounds the White House, where the terrorists have managed to bring the bomb, and military tanks show up, something goes wrong and Logan sets off the bomb. Washington D.C. is nuked. Logan had become suicidal, a side-plot, before this because he had lost his life, his wife, and his presidency. Cheng then lands his plane in New York and meets someone in a building. We do not see this person’s face until he is actually in a room with this person. The person is Kimberly Bauer, Jack’s daughter. She has with her another one of the nukes. Cheng manages thanks Kim for her hassle. Then he removes the circuit board and leaves Kim. Then he tells her, “What you have done here today will help change the world. Soon, China will rule the world!” Somehow Jack makes to New York just in time to watch Cheng’s plane get away. After all of this confusion, the Vice President, who has been instated as the new president, Jacob Gary, arrives on the scene and on the news announces that because Jack failed to stop Cheng that America will have no choice but to conduct war with the Russians as they had feared they might last season. At the end of all of this Cheng calls Jack again and tells him of how Kim helped him get the second nuke and thus, getting him the circuit board he desired. Jack soon finds Kim, and Mike tells Jack to shoot her right then and there, because if he doesn’t know she will most likely be sentenced to death anyway. Kim says she got into aiding the Chinese when Chase died, and she had gone to China for help. Instead she had ended up being recruited by Cheng. The season ends with Jack having to shoot Kim, and then he screams at himself for a minute, then a TAC team from CTU New York City shows up and one agent tries to stop Jack from committing suicide. The agent wrestles Jack for his gun and Jack is accidentally shot in the leg. This is not a serious injury, but for Jack’s own safety the handcuff him as they drag him off in an ambulance to receive immediate attention. Don't want to let go of our marriage. How long do I keep trying? Married 27 years. Three great kids. The youngest is a senior in high school. My wife and I are both in our late 40s. My wife cheated on me about 18 months ago. A wake up call for me, beginning of a downward spiral for her. I suspect menopause, physical abuse as a child (serious) and empty nest are playing a part. I have forgiven her and would like to spend the rest of our lives together building a new and improved relationship. I have been in counseling alone since the affair came to light. She refuses. She has very low self esteem, says she wants nothing from me. Shows no appreciation for anything. She puts on a great show for friends and family including our adult children but it doesn't last when we are alone. I am as loving and kind as I can be, probably spoiling her and all it earns me is no respect. My therapist says I am a punching bag for her and as long as I am around, she will throw those daggers at me and blame me for how she feels about herself. I am not perfect but I have always loved her, honored her and taken care of her. I have not and would not cheat on her. No intimacy for about a year now. I have learned to live without sex and attention period. She is at times abusive, usually angry and never happy around me. When I ask her if she loves me, she says she does. Whe nI try to alk about a divorce, she says she doesn't want to, but encourages me to do "do whatever I want." I have gone to the ends of the earth to do nice things, dates, trips, gifts, space, time you name it. I am sure the affair is over but she is in a deep depression. When she does talk, she says she wants to live the rest of her life alone and have nothing to do with anyone, including me. I ask her if she want sto divorce and she sys she "doesn't care." My life is empty. I have lasted this long on will power but that is waning. The woman I love is gone and an angry bitter person has replaced her. I realize that I can't control her and don't want to. We just live in this limbo where she won't commit to being together or splitting up. She is a ball of contradictions. For example, she said she felt controlled because I take care of the finances. She works part time and I am the primary bread winner. I encouraged her to take money from the joint account and open her own account, she wouldn't. I wrote her a check and asked her to go open her own account, she burned it. She says that when our youngest leaves for colege (next June) that she is going to leave me. Not divorce me, just leave me. She says she is going to take nothing. No money, no security, nothing. She says she is going to live in a card board box under a freeway somewhere. I am at my wits end. I love my wife and I miss the warm and caring person I have lived with for so long. I truly want to die of old age in that person's arms. I looked for an apartment last week in order to move out and try giving her more "space." (my idea, not hers, she says "I don't care, do whatever you want."). The first question the landlord asked me was: "Are you single?" Just about floored me. Looking at those empty apartments and thinking of the loneliness there made me hurry back to my very nice, well kept home and my angry wife. I know I need to take care of myself but I am deeply concerned for her well being too. Sometimes I think if we separate, she will be able to decide what she is going to do with the rest of her life. As it is, she finds (makes up) a new reason to hate me every day. She has no recollection of any good times in 27 years and raising three great kids. I assure you there were many and we have the photos and videos to prove it. I have expressed my regret for the issues I brought to the marriage including depression and a work-a-holic tendency. I sincerely regret the mistakes I have made and have apologized for them. She acknowledges that I am a changed man and have learned to share and give and communicate. All for naught she says, because she can't forgive me for "cheating her out of her life." Missed dance lessons in 1986, a fight during a vacation in 2000, terrible memories (for her) of our wedding day are repeated over and over and the force of the anger never seems to wane. Is she ill? AM I naive? Is it noble or stupid to keep trying to save this marriage? I am afraid that another 6 months or year of this and I will be so angry and resentful that a chance of any relationship wil be gone. Has anyone had a similar experience? How didi it turn out? What advice do you have for me?

How do you create pretty borders and backgrounds to make custom photo greeting cards like save the date cards? I'm wanting to make some thank-you cards and birth announcement cards I've seen just pretty striped borders, flowers, and polka dots that type of thing, do you need some kind of software? hoping somebody can help

Does anyone know any photo software programs that upload pics and saves by date pic taken? The only program that i know that does this is epson photostarter but thats only for less than 1gb memory cards.
