Handmade Holiday Cards

What are some programs to make holiday cards?

I'm trying to make holiday cards and I need a good program, perferably free.

1. I use Hallmark Card Studio. It has some beautiful cards of all kinds not just Holiday cards. It is not free but it does not cost very much. I don't remember how much I have had it for awhile since last year.
