Handmade Holiday Cards

What do you do with those picture/holiday cards?

I have tons of holiday cards that are also pictures of people's pets, kids, home. I have stacks of them but feel bad to throw out a photo, yet they are starting to take up space. I can't display all of them or put them in a photo album. Is it bad to throw them out?

1. i pack them away each year with the rest of the x-mas stuff...than the following year when i find them i throw them away.....you don't feel so bad about it a year later.
2. make a time capsule: mark them with names and dates then throw them in a shoebox or plastic tote, close it up and mark down the years that the box represents then put them in an attic or basement, 40 years or more down the road they will be great to look at and reflect. Throw pictures of yours that didn't make your photo albums in there also, make sure to date everyone in marker or black pen. when you lay them out nice and organized they really don't take that much space in the box.
3. Donate them ! They can be used for crafts maybe in schools etc.
